Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 2 business days of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

Tracking

Depending on the destination, final delivery may be completed by your local postal service or another local delivery partner.
Our primary fulfillment center is located in the United States. If a product is unavailable at our U.S. facility, your order may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong facility to help avoid unnecessary delays.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily processing cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We can ship to one address per order.
If you'd like to send Baby Ashton products to multiple recipients or addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses where supported by our shipping partners.
Please allow additional delivery time for these destinations, as they may require additional processing or delivery steps.
